Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping delivery estimates do not include order preparation time
  • Shipping rates are displayed at check out
  • PO Box addresses are eligible for USPS shipping only
  • Customers are responsible for import/customs fees owed for orders shipping outside of the U.S.

Free Shipping Promotion:

  • To qualify for the free shipping promotion, orders must:
    • Be valued over $50.00 USD
    • Weigh under 50lbs shipped
    • Have a shipping destination within the continental 48 U.S. states
      • This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam
      • APO addresses qualify for free shipping under the same restrictions listed above
  • Some items may not be eligible for free shipping, at our discretion, as disclosed on the product page and cart

Order Preparation:

  • Please allow for up to five (5) business days, starting from the day after the order was made based on Eastern Standard Time, for the order to be prepared and shipped
  • While we do our best to ship orders as fast as possible, expedited services such as UPS 2nd Day Air, does not factor in the handling times mentioned above
  • Larger orders may take additional handling time
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays observed by our shipping warehouse including:
    • Memorial Day Friday
    • Independence Day 
    • Labor Day Monday
    • Thanksgiving Day 
    • Day after Thanksgiving 
    • Christmas Eve 
    • Christmas Day 
    • New Year's Eve 
    • New Year's Day 

Customs, duties, and taxes:

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
