My order was Returned to Sender, what do I do?Updated a year ago

If your order has been returned to sender, please click the grey “Help” icon in the lower right corner of this page and follow these steps:

  1. Select “Help with My Order”
  2. Provide your name, email address, and order ID
  3. Select the website where the order was placed
  4. Select "Help with my shipment"
  5. Select "My order has not arrived"
  6. Let us know in "Additional Details" if you would like the order refunded or reshipped when it arrives back at the warehouse.
  7. If you would like it reshipped, please also confirm your address

Allow our team 24-48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

 

Our team will work with you on an appropriate solution for the returned order.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is returned to sender and we do not hear from you, the order will be refunded and returned to inventory. Please be sure to reach out if you notice any issues on your shipping confirmation to avoid forfeiting your order.
